The details in my plan are wrong

It says I only have 1g of data but I pay for 3g. I can I fix this ?

    can you check the service agreement

    How to find your Services agreement:

    1. Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
    2. If you have multiple plans on your account, you will see them all here.
    3. Click on Manage plan for the plan you wish to view.
    4. In the Manage interface, scroll to the bottom and select Services agreements.
    5. All your Services agreements will be listed here by date. The most recent Services agreement document is the one that applies to your current plan.

    If in the service agreement you find that you have 3G and in your plan you have only 1G contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

    However, if in the service agreement you have 1G you need to modify your plan

    You can change your plan directly in your account on Fizz.ca. Changes will go live come your next payment cycle

    Good to know: Keep in mind the freeze period during which your plan cannot be modified. Ideally, aim to submit your changes when there are at least 4.5 days (108 hours) left in your current payment cycle. How can you know? Go in your account > My plans. Look right under your monthly price and you will see the days remaining in your payment cycle.

    Hello simon67 

    Following my verification your plan only includes 1Gb of data, not 3. This can be verified directly from your Fizz account -> My plans -> Manage my plan -> Services agreement. You have the option to change your plan and add more data, however keep in mind that any change towards your plan has to be done at least 5 days before the end of cycle date and it will take effect starting with the new cycle.

    To change your plan, access My plans -> Manage my plan -> Change my plan. 

    You also have 5 x unlimited data for 24h perks which are unused. To view and activate them go to My Benefizz -> My rewards.
