Internet suddenly because very slow in the last 4 hours

Hi,
My Internet suddenly become very slow.
Can you check what cause this?
I have unplug the cable and it still very slow.

    Hi.

    Unplug your modem from the power source. Wait until all the modem lights are off. Then wait another 10 seconds and plug the power source back in.

    Let us know if you still have slow speed afterwards.
