I have unplugged power router twice and still no connection

    It can be a problem in your sector

    Can you try to unplug the modem for 5 minutes

    After connect, wait 3-5 mins and let us know the led status

    After verifying your signals, it seems like there is no maintenance declared in your area at the moment. The signals were also right, there were only some isolated ones that indicated the connection was lost.
