Live chat button and wallet charge not working

Hello,
So it's been almost 2 months that I have not been able to charge my wallet nor able to contact anyone through live chat.
The only solution left was to contact Fizz through Messenger but this also took a while before someone finally reached out to create a help ticket for me.
After waiting 3 weeks, fizz decided to close my ticket because they deemed the issue as resolved.
The issue is not resolved and I still cannot charge my wallet nor use the live chat button.
I have deleted all my cookies, used different browsers both on my phone and computer, even tried incognito mode and neither options allow me to charge my wallet or use the live chat button to ask for me help. This issue is persistent on both mobile and my computer.
I finally decided to just buy add-ons because it's been too long (going on almost 3 months), and I'm getting tired of this. I will probably switch providers if this doesn't get resolved in the next weeks. Please help...
