I called CIBC and they said Fizz is rejecting the transaction. How do I proceed?

Hello reefinstall.
Following my verifications I noticed that you have activated a new mobile plan just yesterday.
If there is another number that you want to activate or transfer you will need to either make a new activation process or another port in request from your account by going under Overview and click on Mobile plans.
