How to get help when "Chat with an agent" isn't even functional??

I'm trying to get in touch with an actual human. I came to the site because I heard great things about the company, which made me want to become a customer and activate new services here.
But there's no phone number anywhere, and no matter what I do, I can't get the "Chat with an agent" button to work. (For an "online-only" company, that's a pretty important button to keep working...) With this as my first customer experience, it's unfortunately a disappointing start, and not what I was hoping for.
I've referenced other forum posts, and can confirm that I've tried:
- Different browsers.
- Different devices.
- Desktop and mobile.
- Cleaning the cache and cookies.
- Using each browser's equivalent of Incognito.
- Disabling the VPN.
- Checking that I'm logged into my Fizz account.
The first time I tried (which may have been with Firefox), the bubble in the corner of the page did appear, but clicking on it did nothing. With every attempt I've made since, the bubble doesn't even appear. Because of all the attempts I've made, I'm dubious to believe that it's because of something that's happening on my side.
I just need to talk to an agent. I have questions about my specific situation, so I won't find the answers I need online. But if it's this difficult to get any assistance, and there's no alternative way to reach help other than with a single button that isn't functional, how are we supposed to get the support we need? Does anyone have any customer service number that we can use instead?

I am very sorry for the first not so good impression.
I would like to suggest that you try an incognito page directly using think link https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do and click on the green bubble and select Chat see if it works for you.
Also please keep in mind that there are also other communication channels that we have except the link chat.
I hope this would solve the situation for you and I will close this thread.
