Im about to literally start crying

I am the most frustrated i have been in a VERY LONG TIME, and i have a one year old, so i think that says a lot! Yesterday i was shopping and put my phone down for 5 seconds and turned back around and its gone. I immediately used the stores phone to call my BF and get him to lock my phone and check its location. As soon as they got the phone they turned it off. As soon as i got home i went onto the fizz site and reported my sim chip stolen. That was my first mistake i think, Now they want me to use the chat with an agent system to verify my identity before i can use the new sim chip i went out and bought immediately. The problem is that everytime i click on the chat with support agent about questions related directly to my account, nothing happens.no screen pops up, doesnt redirect me anywhere. Ive tried on two different phones and now a computer and still nothing. I am beyond frustrated. Im about to switch carriers and just pay more money for better customer service because this is BS. Can someone help me please?! I have a one year old and have no phone for safety reasons this is super not good!
