I too have been SIM Swapped - what do we do now?

I was able to reverse it thanks to the quick intervention of Fizz, but how on earth did it happen in the first place? How do I make sure that it won't happen while I am asleep?

Is it an SQL Injection or some sort? I was not notified by text, and my Fizz account made no mention that I was ported out. @Whizz , please give us more information on this. Happened last night.
