Cannot connect to voicemail

I have a voicemail waiting to be heard but when I call the voicemail number, I get a message saying my plan does not support this call. Why can't I call the voicemail number even though my plan specifically says Voicemail enabled?

    What is your location?

    Maybe your phone is trying to access voicemail with a number that is outside of your plan's coverage area.

    Maybe @Whizz should have a look into your account to see if that is the case. He should be able to give you the right number to access your voicemail according to your plan.

    Do you have minutes included in your plan or an add-on?

    To use your voicemail, your plan must include minutes. If not, you won’t be able to use it or access it, whether from your mobile phone or any other phone.

    If you do have minutes included in your plan via add-ons or unlimited minutes and you're still not able to access voicemail you should contact support as we cannot help you as it is up to Fizz to troubleshoot this.

    Could you please try switching your phone to airplane mode for a couple seconds then switch it back? After that, restart your phone and reinsert your Sim. Once the manipulations are done, try accessing this specific voicemail again.
