Internet down July 24 2024

Hello, I noticed recently the fizz internet for my home has been unstable, it was down around 10am this morning and now it's down again at noon. This has been going for a week with intermittent issue. I'm in North east montreal. Anyone with the same issue?

    I don’t have this problem I the same « sector « 

    Did you try to turn off the modem for 5 mins

    Please contact us directly and specify which one of the 2 internet plans you're having issues with : https://fizz.ca/en/support

    In the meantime, please make sure that the cables don’t show any sign of damage. Also, please restart your modem by unplugging its power cable, allow it 10 more seconds, then plug it back in a different electrical outlet if possible, not a bar or an extender. Make sure that the coaxial cable is tightly screwed in at both ends.
