    Hi @Ma_laf

Reading the post of @jvh_NVPF2 I forgot to mention

In order to reactivate the plan

    • you need to have a new Fizz's SIM
    • You need to have a copy of an ID with photo and the credit card associated with the plan (delete the number at the exception to the last four) contact the support to transfer your plan to your new sim they will ask to prove your identity

To contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

    Hi @Ma_laf

You phone number it will be valid for 60 days, therefore, you need to reactivate your plan within 60 days if you don't want to lose it. After you can decide to stay with fizz or port it with another provider.

The account should be active to be able to transfer the number or else it's impossible to recover the number. I've been there too before coming to Fizz with another number.

You should lock your SIM so the thief isn't able to access your SIM and report it as stolen so that they have a harder time reselling the device.

If you end up finding your device, the unblocking procedure can take up to 48 hours to resolve.

    Hello Ma_laf,
    Thank you for reaching out.

Since you already have an active plan with Fizz, from what I understand, you lost your phone along with your Fizz SIM card, and you just need to purchase a new SIM, and then contact our customer service representatives for a SIM swap. Here is an FAQ you can use to contact us.

Also here is an FAQ on how to order a SIM card , or you can purchase one yourself if you are close to one of the stores on this map.

    Have a good one!
