why fizz tv app won't let me to access sign in?
I subscribed fizz tv. I got email that confirmed i can access right away to sign in… the app won't allow me because it said i don't have an active subscription. Why? I canceled it right away to prevent lost one night cost. Once it is fixed, i will try again tomorrow or later. Let me know! Thank you

For some user the subscription took some time to be active, try again again and if it doesn’t work right away please wait sometime.
and if you still have a problem contact the support. Be sure that you are not using a VPN and to have the last update for the app and for sure to be connected to the fizz’s internetIf the issue still persists, contact the support directlyr

Could you please make sure you are connected to the internet and your VPN (if you are using one) is turned off? Also, make sure that the app is updated and if the issue still persists, reinstall it and try again.
