Got charged twice for buying Sim Card

Just got charged twice when placing an order for a sim card due to a website glitch on July 20th.
This is something only a Fizz rep can identify or fix. Please help

    Hello jtllee 

    Following my verification, you have 2 transactions on your account : your Sim card transaction from 16th of July and your mobile plan monthly transaction on 20th of July. There is no error in the current transactions.

    You can also view them by accessing your Fizz account -> My settings -> Transaction history.
