Fizz network status doesn't show any issues. Did you lose WiFi or wired connection? What is the status of your modem?

Have you tried resetting your router? Try unplugging it for like 20 secs and then plug it back in again and see if your router connects.

Due to this, please verify the coaxial cable to be well screwed and not damaged in any way.
Also, make sure that the modem is connected directly to the electrical socket, without using an extension cord.
You can also restart the modem, by unplugging it for 30 seconds.
