After making the necessary verifications into our tools, we noticed that you are having mobile data left in your plan.
Please try to turn off the phone, take out the SIM card, reinsert it and turn phone back on.
Then make sure that your phone is having the latest software version installed.
If everything is in order, make sure to activate Mobile data from your phone model and try to test it with the Wi-fi option being off.
