    We are sorry to hear about the situation encountered with your mobile data. 
    After making the necessary verifications into our tools, we noticed that you are having mobile data left in your plan. 
    Please try to turn off the phone, take out the SIM card, reinsert it and turn phone back on. 
    Then make sure that your phone is having the latest software version installed. 
    If everything is in order, make sure to activate Mobile data from your phone model and try to test it with the Wi-fi option being off. 
    You can contact our customer service agents in case you will still not be able to access the mobile data and they will gladly assist.
