Call forwarding on lost phone

Hi,

I lost my phone and SIM and ordered a new one. In the meantime, Can I forward my phone number to a different phone number?

    I would contact support and see if they can assist you with this.

    Support claims nothing they can do, you need the physical device to make the call forward.

    Currently this option will not be possible since you need the physical device with the actual Sim in it. More details can be seen here https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-set-up-call-forwarding
