Accessing Fizz Support

I'm facing issues reaching out to Fizz support. The question mark icon doesn't appear, and none of the support links work. I have tried disabling my adblocker and using Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome, even in incognito mode, but nothing seems to work.

    I attempted to use the support link provided, but it did not work. Additionally, the green bubble to access an agent is non-existent on my screen.
