Internet connection
Dear Fizz,
My internet connection is not working. It just cut out suddenly. I followed all steps on the connection down faq: unplugging and replugging after waiting for 30 seconds
I also did the reset short then long.
But it always comes back same state. Download button flashing
And 2.4gHz connection light is blinking.

Sorry to hear about the issue.
I verified your modem`s signals and it appears that the situation was remedied as the modem is now online with the signals being in good standings.
We don`t know the cause on why the modem went out for a few hours, but I suggest reaching our customer service : https://fizz.ca/en/support if the issue persists once again.
