hello , while i am activating the sim card they give me an erorr message at payment page

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    I saw that you reached our customer service and you were advised to take a few steps, but you never reached them back as I saw that you did not activate the Sim card in the meantime.

    If you still have issues, please confirm them to our customer service so they can open a ticket to address the issue.
