Fizz closed my ticket without resolving the issue
Fizz also closed my post on this forum called "Mobile plan associated with my new number is still pending activation 24 hours later". I just want everyone to know that they close the issue without resolving it so it looks ok to the unsuspecting visitors of this forum. Please be aware that the issues with Fizz SIM and number activation are ongoing and if you see a thread has been closed, it doesn't mean all is ok. It's not!

I understand that you are upset at this point and I am truly sorry.
We didn`t remove the post, we just closed it ( everyone can still see it ) but they are not allowed to post anymore, to avoid further spam on the subject.
The issue is being investigated by our technical team and you will be reached by our customer service as soon as updates will be provided on the subject.
You can also track the ticket status in My settings - My tickets.
