Why is it taking so long to get an answer?

Hi,
I have the ticket number 293855 and I haven’t received any updates since more than 24 hours ago. I don’t understand how changing the modem details of my account is taking so long. I am left without any service since then and nobody is helping in the chat and I cannot reach the technical team.

    ticket updates are not very frequent. I have tickets where they emailed me saying resolved still showing open in my account. you have to contact support to see if they can resolve this unfortunately.

    Tickets can take a long time to be answered since there are a lot of requests.

    We're sorry for the inconvenience.

    Your modem details have been updated, however there is maintenance work going on in your area hence why you are experiencing issues with your internet. 

    As a useful tip, for the moment, I can only suggest you check the light "@" of your modem from time to time and if it is not blinking ( lit green), your connection was restored and you will need to electrically restart the modem once more.
    To restart the modem, you can disconnect the power cable from the back, wait for 30 seconds then plug it back in.
