Reimboursement, account only used minutes before it was cancelled.

Hello,
How can i get a reimbursement for an account only used for a few minutes?
In order to change to another cellphone provider i had to activate my account, and after i activated it i did the transfer and the account i paid in full got cancelled after a few minutes of being created.

    Hello Jhonson118,
    Following my verifications on your account I have noticed that you decided to port out the phone number.
    A refund can be only made for new activation if the client decides to close the line completely. Since you chose to keep the number and transfer it you will not receive any prorated refund since Fizz is a prepaid mobile service.

    If you closed the mobile phone within 15 days and you didn't use more than 50% you will be get refund automatically after a couple of days
