    You can reactivate within 60 days after the deactivation.

    This can be done from your account, you should have a button to reactivate in the plan

    Thank you for your post. 
    As @elena code xzi4t  already mentioned, at Fizz we are offering the possibility to reactivate a plan only 60 days after the deactivation. 
    After this period the number will be randomly assigned to a different user. 
    In your case, as the plan was deactivated with more than 60 days ago, by looking into your Fizz account, this option is no longer offered therefore you can activate with a new phone number.
    From what I can see, on July 12th a mobile plan was already activated, if you wish to add a new one, go to Overview- Add a mobile plan and start the process.
