Hello,
I received my modem and installed via instructions then realised that my address was wrong , changed the address technician came and check and said everything is good , and he said that internet should come in few minutes but still does not work!

Contact the support, it seems a problem with the provisioning since the tech tested the line

After making the necessary verifications into my tools I was able to see that your cancelled the home internet plan.
In case you wish to come back, you can reactivate the plan from your Fizz account, in the following 30 days.
To do that you can access My plans- Reactivate and then follow the on screen steps.
