After making the necessary verifications into my tools I was able to see that your modem is online and signals optimal therefore everything seems to be in order.
You can verify the coaxial cable to be well screwed and not damaged in any way.
Also, test the modem in a different power socket, making sure that it is connected directly to the wall socket, without an extension cord.
