Thank you for your post.
As @elena code xzi4t mentioned, you are having the low speed because your home internet plan was not fully activated yet.
To do that, you can access My plans, then click on "Check notifications' and on "Activate my modem".
Once the activation will be made, the payment cycle will start and your modem will be provisioned with the correct speed.
You can also restart the modem to make sure that the speed will be the correct one.To restart the modem, you can unplug the power cable for minimum 30seconds.
After that, please plug the modem back on into the electrical outlet and expect about 3 minutes for the device to fully reconnect to the network.
