How to add more channels?
Is there a way to add more channels once subcribed to the basic plan? I try clicking channels under my tv plan but keeps failing..

What error message do you have?
You can always contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support, and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

Currently since we are in Beta, we do not have this option. You'll have to cancel your plan, then subscribe again with the desired channels. The cancellation takes effect immediately and you will receive a prorated refund of the remaining days in your payment cycle. More details can be seen here
