The new TV plan is not working
I just got a mail to BETA test the new TV plan, but when I go to my plan and try to add/build a plan the button is just not doing anything, is that normal?

This is not normal but Fizz is working on that to solve the problem, Fizz is in beta at this will help them to fix the problems

I am having the same issue. Received the email and tried to add a TV plan but nothing when i click on the "Build my plan" button. I was having a chat with a colleague at work yesterday and he has been able to choose channels and even watch it. It is working for some people… FIzz i hope you will do something about that… :)

Try to clear the browser cache and/or use it in private mode. After try to wait 5 seconds or more before clicking on the address and 5-10s to click on next
In a different session same time I have problem and only waiting couples of seconds solved for me.

Could you please delete your cookies & cache then try again? Also try from an incognito window or another device/browser if possible.
