How to report?

Knowing that Fizz has stole a device from me that I’m currently paying and also has stole money from me and laughing at me every time I contact them… what are my options of how to report this situation?

    I saw that but how can I trust that a form that goes through them will be reported in a proper way to a third party and I will be compensated fairly for all I have experiencing in the last months? Isn’t there other option protecting consumers?

    Try to put your province and protecting consumers and bureau in google you will find it, there are law for this

    you can file official complaints with the CR TC (one word or else it'll be let it post). that will escalate it to Fizz's highest level for resolution.

    Ideally you would submit a complaint with Fizz first, then if you're unsatisfied you would reach out to the the four letter agency the user above has mentioned.
