MMS receiving not happening

Hello,
I have configured my apn according to the tutorial given by fizz. I still cannot receive any mms messages.
Also, my data only works when I have roaming turned on. I am connected to Fizz EXT - Fizz.
how do I fix these issues?

You should keep the roaming ON also for the MMS since they are using the data

We are sorry to hear about the situation encountered with your MMS.
Please try to turn off the phone, take out the SIM card, reinsert it and turn phone back on.
This will allow it to reauthenticate to network.
Also, make sure that the phone is upgraded with the latest software version in order for the services to work properly.
