Can't connect iPhone to internet

Hi, brand new to Fizz. Everything works great at home when on network, but away, I have no internet service. Am I missing something?

Do you have a data plan?
Did you update the carrier setting?

Please check that you have the correct APN settings https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn as the user elena code xzi4t stated and be sure that you test the Sim card in another phone model to check if the issue is related to the Sim card or phone model itself.
