Hello Fio ,
I verified your account and I saw that even though you received the modem you didn`t activate the plan on your side - so I did it for you from My settings - Order history - Modem - activate.
Now, in about 15 ~ minutes your modem should restart and you can follow the details found here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-install-my-wi-fi-modem or in the modem box to install the modem.
