I received my modem today but there is no signal
I received my modem today, but despite several repeated attempts, there is no signal. Even from the get-go, the lights on the modem didn't line up. There were no blue blinking lights. Basically the download button kept on blinking and there was never an "upload" and "online" lights. I actually was able to connect to the modem directly to my desktop, but even getting it to Easy Connect, there was still no internet connection. What am I doing wrong?

Sorry to hear about the issue.
I verified your modem`s signals and it appears that there`s no signals coming from it.
In this case, I suggest continuing the conversation that`s on Chat as my colleagues will eventually schedule a technician appointment and have the situation resolved from there as you most likely did everything in your power as shown here also : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-install-my-wi-fi-modem
