Wrong address
so i recently moved to a new apartment , and i subscribed to fizz home internet , but i typed the wrong apartment address i tried contacting the support but i couldn't and i couldn't even find a phone support number i donno what to do i contacted the courier to correct the address but will the modem work when i receive it since i typed the wrong address?

Customer support is overloaded so when you get transferred from the chat bot it might take a while:
If you don't have a technician appointment then it should be fine. It sounds like you are just getting the modem delivered and that you will be performing a self install?

At this point, my suggestion is to cancel the moving order and place a new moving order at the correct address.
This can be done from My plans - Cancel my Move ( right under your plan ).
The plan will be reactivated at your old address in a few minutes and you can place a new moving order at the correct address as shown here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-moving-how-do-i-change-my-address-my-home-internet-service
