Very slow internet for 4 hours now.
I am facing super slow internet in my home for almost 4 hours now, i have tried whatsapp messaging, imessage and messenger. There is no reply from any chat agents. And the chat option is broken in Fizz website. I got huge lot of backlogs at my work already. Is there any phone number that I can reach to?

Sorry to hear about the issue.
I verified your modem`s signals and there are no clear issues on our side - you rebooted the modem a bit recently but we don` have a clear signal that is off to confirm why you are having speed issues, so I suggest that you run a network scan on your side using the Fizz WiFi app : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-wi-fi-technologies-used-fizzTo begin troubleshooting, take these steps:
Place yourself near to your modem.
Open the Fizz Wi-Fi app in Overview and press the three dots in the upper right corner to access the application menu.
Select More
Select "Fizz support"
►Tap "Tools and support"
Follow the instructions and grant all permissions until you reach the feature page, at which point you should click on Network Scan. Allow the 2-minute scan to complete (do not dismiss the program or try to see messages or notifications during this time).

Regarding the chat bubble, please be sure that you disable any pop-up blockers and try to log from another browser via Incognito mode also.

no phone number. the chat on the website is the best bet. just type agent then wait eventually someone will reply. it seems from the forum that a lot of people are complaining this month so they may be swamped.

Its not opening up at all, the chat option is is unresponsive.
