Credit card expired
I am trying to active a new sim, but at payment method stage, fizz told me my credit card has expired while it is not. I tried different credit cards but got the same issue. Can sb help me?

you can probably only contact support. Also, if an activation failed, you need to wait ~30 min before trying again.

We are sorry to hear about the situation encountered with your mobile plan activation.After making the necessary verifications into our tools, we noticed that the plan is not activated yet.
Due to this, please try to open the account from a different browser, even incognito file and try again to access the "Activate my SIM card" section from your Fizz account.
In this process, make sure that the information provided is correct and that the address from the credit card is an exact match with the one from your bank statement.
