Modem installation not working.

I got my new modem on Wednesday and tried installing it today. After connecting the power cable ans the coaxial cable, the power light switches on, the download light blinks, and the 2.4ghz light switches on, but none of the other lights turn on, and the setup via the Fizz Wi-Fi app does not work.
I have tried connecting to various coaxial cables around the house but none of them work.
I reached out to support but still have not heard from them.

Sorry to hear about the issue.
I verified your account and it appears that a technician appointment has been set for the 10th of July to remedy the situation.

Once the visit is completed test the services as everything should be working afterwards.
