Unable to access data

In my account on the fizz website, it says I have 15GB of data I can still use (0MB used). Yet, on my phone it tells me I'm out of data (I get redirected to the jail site). The only way around this is to use the unlimited data perk.

I'm not sure. It's probably best that you contact support for this issue. Click on that little green button on the bottom right of this web page.

Your phone does not know what is your available data. You must set it manually.

Fizz will send you an SMS text saying your plan is out of data.

What is this jail site you are looking at?

My phone also (Samsung) always notify that I used all of my data 2.00GB but my actual plan is way more... the phone alert ⚠️ and your actual data plan on FIZZ has nothing in correlation, just look on your FIZZ account your remaining data left that's the only thing accurate for your remaining data!

    Hello GoldenMoustache,
    Thank you for your post.

After making the necessary verifications into our tools we noticed that right now you are only having 2 Gb of data ( from the Add on purchased recently).

You can see that by accessing My plans section from your Fizz account.

In case you are still encountering issues with accessing it, please restart your phone and reinsert the SIM card.

Also, turn Airplane mode On for a few seconds, then Off in order to allow it to reauthenticate to network.

Please make sure that the phone is upgraded with the latest software version.
If the issue persists after following those steps, you can contact our customer service agents using this link: https://fizz.ca/en/support and they will gladly assist.

    Your understanding is highly appreciated.

    Have a great day.
