No Mobile Internet Detected on Xiaomi Redmi Note 12s phone
Hi everyone,
I activated the Fizz sim card today. My coverage is in Toronto, Ontario. Followed below Steps from Fizz to setup APN manually:
Name: Fizz
APN: mobile.bm
MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
MMS port: 80
APN type: default,mms,supl
The Automatically select network is Fizz EXT
However still have no mobile internet.
the Redmi Note 12s frequency is supported by Fizz:
4G - B4 (1700/2100 AWS 1)
I wonder if anyone has the same issue. Any advice is so much appreciated!

I verified your account and it appears that a ticket was escalated to check what`s happening.
As soon as updates will be given ,you will be reached back via e-mail, rest assured.You can also track the ticket status via My settings - My tickets, to also have a view on its progress.

can you see if the sim card will work on someone elses phone? even if its not lte certified it should still be able to receive data. I had no issues with getting data on my phone. I suggest you first identify if the issue is with your phone or the sim card. if it's the sim card then you'll have to contact support to get it sorted out.
