No Mobile Internet Detected on Xiaomi Redmi Note 12s phone

Hi everyone,
I activated the Fizz sim card today. My coverage is in Toronto, Ontario. Followed below Steps from Fizz to setup APN manually:
Name: Fizz
APN: mobile.bm
MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
MMS port: 80
APN type: default,mms,supl

The Automatically select network is Fizz EXT

However still have no mobile internet.

the Redmi Note 12s frequency is supported by Fizz:
4G - B4 (1700/2100 AWS 1)

I wonder if anyone has the same issue. Any advice is so much appreciated!

    We are sorry about the situation encountered with your mobile data.

    By verifying in our tools, we noticed that the customer service agents created a ticket for this matter.

    The ticket is still being investigated by the technical team and as soon as they will have an update, you will be notified on the email address linked with your Fizz account.

    In the meantime, you can verify the ticket status in My Settings- My Tickets.
