Internet setup not working-limited options

Hi. Just moved into a makeshift studio for a short-term stay while transitioning elsewhere.
There are no landline plugs and no cable. There's a coaxial cable I think was used for cable tv at one time but is non-functional now.

Fizz internet setup is not working with the coaxial cable. Any suggestions? Is there hope for internet here? Any other options?

you would need to connect support and get a technician to be sent over. I believe cable internet coaxial cables are not connected for internet use usually. The technician should be able to help you move or install an new cable.

    Hello Fizz_er  ,

Sorry to hear about the issue.

In this case, I can only advise you to reach our customer service : https://fizz.ca/en/support so our colleagues can set a service call and have a technician come over to check what`s happening.

Be sure that you also give them a picture of the modem label, so that they confirm that the correct modem is registered on their side also.

    Have a good one,
