Sorry to hear about the issue.
Due to the recent power outage , many network hubs were without power so that`s why you didn`t have internet ( since the power was restored possibly to a few places but not to the network hubs themselves ).
At the moment, I saw that the connection is back up and running on your side so I invite you to restart the modem as shown here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-internet-service-not-working-what-do-i-do
