No internet access after technician visit
I had a modem dropped off by a technician yesterday and the modem will connect to my computer but it says there is no internet. The coax cable was checked by the technician and he verified that it is working so it is not my end. I tried troubleshooting all day yesterday and there is nothing more I can do I need some help. Thank you
