Sorry to hear about the issue.
I tried to verify your account but there is no internet plan associated with it.
Most likely you were also affected by the power outage that happened on Hydro Quebec`s side but your service should be back up and running - so just reboot the modem as shown here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-internet-service-not-working-what-do-i-do
