Sorry to hear about the issue.
Due to the recent outage from Hydro Quebec`s side, a few network hubs lost power, including yours.
Now, the service is back up and running as I checked your account so just restart the modem and follow the details found here if you still have issues using the service : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-internet-service-not-working-what-do-i-do
