Fizz internit is not working

Does anyone know how to reach fizz. My internet is down after an electric outage. Now everything is back in teh area but my home internet is still down. Tries to reach via the chat on their website and whatsapp, but I haven't gotten any response.

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    Due to the recent outage from Hydro Quebec`s side, a few network hubs lost power, including yours.

    Now, the service is back up and running as I checked your account so just restart the modem and follow the details found here if you still have issues using the service : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-internet-service-not-working-what-do-i-do
