I want services with fizz, but each time i click on next after my credit card info, it does nothing.

Hi, im kinda lost here because, im trying to purchase residential wifi/modem with fizz since this morning and its not working? I answer each question they ask me and then get to the "fill up your credit card information" and then nothing more? Am i doing something wrong or is just Fizz services down or something? (I click on the next and it doesnt change or go anywhere?)

    I think i know what youre talking about. I encountered something similar when i was signing up. Try using a different browser or device. If that doesn't work, try clearing your cached. Fizz's website can be a little finicky sometimes

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    It appears that the card that you are using is not good - the financial institution is blocking the transaction  ( basically when you enter the card details a token is sent to the bank, which rejected it from their side - it does not cost anything but still it was rejected ) , and also it appears that for security reasons the card was also blocked in our system.

    Now to remedy the issue you have to either use another card, try to attach it to the account and reach our colleagues to check further : https://fizz.ca/en/support on what our system has to say on the new card ( we might have to escalate the situation further but that can be done only after you try to add a new card .
