Try to connect to modem

Hi,
Since 5pm I’ve been trying to connect my wifi and Im still unable to do it.
I activated my plan. Later downloaded the fizz app and it say that you cant connect to the cloud. The @ symbol is off and the upload and download symbol is blinking. I tried to connect to customer service through messenger and WhatsApp but no one has texted back. I’m in major trouble as I have important project tomorrow at work and I am still fixing this wifi. Fizz needs go back to being normal where they sent an agent when the modem was delivered so they can do everything quickly and have it running.

    I am sorry to hear that.
    I have verified the situation from my side, and I was able to see that the modem is offline at the moment. Please take a look at the coaxial cable to see if it is screwed into the modem properly and if the cable is not damaged in any way. Also, try to connect the modem to a different electrical outlet without using an extension cord.
