HOME WIFI NOT WORKING AND CHAT SUPPORT NOT WORKING

1)Home internet DNS error since july 4 8pm, fix asap. 2) Fizz email xxxxx@gmail.com account id is xxxxxx, 3) cannot talk on chat because bubble is missing and google gmail locked me out since wifi is not working. 4) fix home internet DNS error 5) steps tried for troubleshoot but not working, turn off router modem 30 mins, try different laptop and iphone, try different browsers safari, chrome, firefox 6) Router showing green for 3 buttons including power, download and bottom. Missing is upload which is off. 7) tried all troubleshooting steps but still get same DNS error coming from FIZZ side and fizz send technician or fix dns error from their end

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    I verified your account and it appears that there was a maintenance on the network grid in your area, but it`s resolved now.

    Please be sure that you restart the modem electrically ( unplug it from the power outlet for 5 minutes then plug it back in ) , and test if the connection is working properly while also following the details found here :

    Not sure if you have a network issue but if you believe that it's Fizz DNS, you can always set your preferred DNS servers yourself. Custom DNS are often more reliable than ISP ones.
