Tell me why the internet is not working

    There could be several reasons why the internet is not working. It could be due to issues with your internet service provider, problems with your modem or router, connectivity issues, or even outages in your area.

    Hello Hernando L. 

    Following my verification your payment for this month failed, so please try to manually process it by accessing your Fizz account -> My plans -> Proceed to payment.

    You also have the option to add another payment method and use it instead. To do so, access My settings -> Payment methods -> Add a new payment method.
