Upgraded our internet on the 2nd and now we have no internet.
We just upgraded our internet and yesterday morning the internet died and the modem had a red ring light. We tried to contact support but it was no help and we cannot open that chat anymore for some reason. We need a technician now. We already missed one whole day of work because of this issue.
Chat said they put in a ticket and they’d email us with the date and time a technician would come but nothing actually happened. There is no ticket and we never got any email or info….

Can you try to unplug the power cable, wait 2 minutes and plug it back
You can always open a ticket from your account → My preferences → contact form
